CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Create your profile now and get access to your CME transcript and start enrolling into CME activities

  1. Select "Register" from the top-right corner of the homepage or go to cme.unitedregional.org/user/register
  2. Enter the required information and select "Create new account"
  3. Check your e-mail for your password to complete registration

PASSWORD

To retrieve your EthosCE password:

  1. Go to cme.unitedregional.org/user/register/user/password
  2. Enter your e-mail address and select "E-mail new password"
  3. Check your inbox for a "replacement login information" e-mail
  4. Access to your account will be included in the e-mail

How do I edit my account?

  • Click on “My account” in the top banner on the right.
  • Once in the “My account” page, click the “Edit” tab to make updates or changes.

TEXT ATTENDANCE FOR RSS

Each RSS session will have a unique 6 character Attendance Code which will be given to you by a course facilitator.

Please save this number in your contacts, the number will not change.
You will receive a text confirming your attendance 

***Did you attend a Activity, where the attendance is recorded through text attendance, and your CME hours are not showing up on your transcript?

Please be aware that the number you are texting from must match with the number in the "mobile" tab of your EthosCE profile settings.

CELL PHONE SIGN-IN

Did you attend an Activity, where the attendance is recorded through your phone or an online portal, and your CME hours are not showing up on your transcript?

Please be aware that the number on your phone's caller I.D. or the number entered in the online portal must match with the number in the "mobile" tab of your EthosCE profile settings.

Log into your EthosCE profile to verify or enter the number:

  1. Go to cme.unitedregional.org/my/edit/mobile
  2. Enter a number in the "phone number" field and save. Please do not use spaces or dashes.
  3. Update your transcript by logging out of EthosCE and then logging back in.

 

Registration

How do I register for a course?

  • Use the “Catalog” or use the search bar to find a course.
  • Click on the course and then click on the “Register” tab.

 

Courses

HOW DO I TAKE A COURSE?

Select a course from the course catalog and complete checkout (if necessary). Once you enroll in the course, you can access it at any time under “My Account” in the "My Activities" section.

To begin a course, click the "Take Course" button and review the instructions on your screen. As you progress through the course material, you will be prompted to complete a quiz (if applicable) and fill out a brief course evaluation in order to obtain your certificate. 

 

DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE A COURSE IN ONE SITTING?

No, you do not need to complete any of our activities in a single sitting. You can review the course material at your own speed and wherever you like. You can resume a partially completed course any time before the course expiration date by logging in to your account, clicking on "My Activities" and selecting the course of your choice from your pending activities. Then click "Take Course" and "Resume Course" to return to wherever you previously left off

 

WHEN DOES MY COURSE EXPIRE?

The expiration dates of all courses are listed in the course description. You can review the expiration dates of purchased courses by logging in to your account and accessing the “My Activities” section to review your list of pending activities. Select a course from the list to view the course description page. If the page is inaccessible, the course has already expired.

 

Certificates/Transcripts 

How do I download my transcript?

  • Select the “My account” tab click on Transcript.
  • Download a pdf of completed, pending or external credit activities.

 

How do I add other credits to my transcript (e.g. those obtained outside of Continuing Education at United Regional Healthcare)?

  • Under the “My account” tab click on Transcript.
  • Click on “External credits” the click “Add credits”.
  • Complete the information to “Create external credit” including uploading a copy of the external certificate, if desired.
  • Click “SAVE” and the external credit will be added to your transcript.

 

How do I go to see my credits from past courses?

  • Under the “My account” tab click on Transcript.
  • Choose “Completed activities,” “Pending activities” or “External credits”.
  • Credits from past course can be searched by title or within a date range.
  • Transcripts can be viewed, downloaded or printed.
  • How can I download a certificate?
    • Under the “My account” tab click on “Transcript”.
    • Click “Certificate” for any course as appropriate.

Which Browser should I use for the EthosCE website?

  •  EthosCE works with most modern web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explorer, MS Edge, Safari)

 

Do I need to have Adobe Reader to participate in courses?

  • A PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, will be required to participate in some courses.
